I cook/baked these recipes in my home management class at the blind center.
Take out the cookie sheet. Line the cookie sheet with wax paper. Spray the wax paper with pam spray. In the glass bowl you will combined the cup of sugar, the dash of salt, the 1/2 cup of white karo syrup and the 1 cup of raw peanuts. Stir all ingredients. In a small bowl you will put 1 table spoon of margarine and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. In another small bowl you will put 1 and a 1/2 tea spoons of baking soda. In the glass bowl you will put it into the microwave on high for 6 minutes until it's light brown. You will stir the ingredients in the bowl every two minutes. When that is done take the glass bowl out. You will stir the small bowl that has the margarine first than stir in the small bowl that has the baking soda. The mixture will start to foam up. Stir quickly and pour the mixture into the cookie sheet than spread thin for brittle candy. let it sit and when is gets hard brake into pieces.
Pre-heat the oven for 350F degress. In a big bowl combined the 2 cups of all purpose flour, 3/4 cups of brown sugar and one stick of butter. Mix the mixture with fork until the micture is crumbly. You will press that down onto the un-greased baking pan. Sprinkle the nuts over the crust and than press on the nuts that way the nuts get into the crust. On medium heat in a sauce pan put in a stick of butter and 1 and a 1/2 cups of brown sugar. Stir until it comes to a boil. Boil the mixture for a minute than pour that over the crust. Spread the mixture evenly. Bake the crust for 18-20 minutes or until it is boilly. After that quickly put the chocolate chips on top. Let the chocolate melt than spread the chocolate evenly.
Line the 8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Rub the butter onto the aluminum foil to coat the aluminum foil with butter. On low heat in the sauce pan put in the 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 14oz sweet condensed milk and 8 tea spoons of salt. Stir that until everything is melted. After that remove the sauce pan from heat and add the 1 cup of walnuts and 1 and a 1/2 tea spoon of vanilla. Mix all ingredients and than pour it into the baking pan. Let the fudge cool for about 2 hours than flip the pan and get the fudge out than cut the fudge.

Stir that until everything is melted. After that remove the sauce pan from heat and add the 1/2 tea spoon of pepper mint abstract and stir until all is mixed. Pour the fundge into the baking pan. Sprinkle the 1/4 pepper mint on top of the fudge. Press the pepper mint into the fundge. Let the fudge cool for about 2 hours than flip the pan and get the fudge out than cut the fudge.
